Enrollment is confirmed once registration forms are completed and payment is received.
Memberships, programs, and training sessions are non-transferable.

4. Liability Waiver
Rome City Institute formerly College Life Italia Llc, its staff, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss that may occur during academy activities, except in cases of proven negligence.
Parents/guardians agree to assume full responsibility for their child’s participation.
5. Code of Conduct
Respect for coaches, staff, and other participants is required at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
Participants and families must follow facility rules and instructions from staff.
6. Use of Media
By participating, you grant us permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings of academy activities for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing.
